Our History
1916 – 1960
The firm was established in 1916 by Conor Maguire, Solicitor who was later appointed Chief Justice of the Irish Supreme Court. It was in charge of Gerald Maguire who was appointed Solicitor for Minors and Wards of Court from 1918 to 1960.
1960 – 1974
In 1960 the practice was taken over by Patrick J. Brennan who practised until 1974 when he was appointed a Judge of the District Court until he retired in 1995.
1975 – 2018
From 1975 to 2018 the practice was owned and run by Michael G. Brennan, BCL, Solicitor and Notary Public.
2019 – Present
In 2019, the practice was acquired by the current Principal Solicitor, Laura Glennon and now supplies an enhanced range of legal services.
